2026 Madonna University Track and Field Summer Throws Camp

The Madonna University Track & Field Summer Throws Camp is designed for athletes looking to develop technique, strength, and confidence in the throwing events. This hands-on camp provides focused instruction in shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin with an emphasis on fundamentals, event-specific drills, and competition preparation.

Athletes will receive hands-on coaching, technical feedback, and training strategies. Whether you’re new to the throws or striving to compete at a higher level, this camp offers a supportive and competitive environment to help you improve and reach your goals.

Details:

• The camp is open to incoming 9th graders through uncommitted 12th graders. 

• There is no experience required in the throwing events 

• All throwing equipment is provided for the camp, you are welcome to bring your own

• Shot Put, Glide & Rotational

• Discus

• Hammer

• Javelin

• Monday July 6th, Tuesday July 7th, & Wednesday July 8th 

Time: 

• 5:00pm to 8:00pm

Cost: 

• Three days $120.00, a hammer glove included 

• Single days $50.00
